Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all BizManna purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date and we'll return your money.

This applies to both the Daily Win Business Bootcamp and the BizManna monthly membership.

How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Refunds are issued back through Stripe.

• Use the billing link in your receipt email to review your order, or
• Email us at support@bizmanna.io and we'll help you get it sorted.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the funds to appear.

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from your account settings or from the billing link in your receipt email. When you cancel, you keep full access to the platform until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Beyond the 14-day guarantee window, renewals aren't automatically refunded, but if something has gone wrong please contact us — we look at every request.
