Privacy Policy for BizManna

1. Introduction

BizManna is operated by BizManna LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide AI-powered business growth tools. BizManna LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice, which means we decide why and how it is processed. This policy covers data collected through our platform and third-party integrations (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X).

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, login credentials, and support messages. Purchases are processed by our payment provider Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record and collects billing and payment details directly — we never see or store your full card details.
  • Usage & Device Data: Log data, IP address, browser and device identifiers, and product usage telemetry, used to keep the service secure and to improve it.
  • Google User Data: If you connect Google services, we access:
    • Search Console: Site performance and search queries to provide SEO insights.
    • Analytics (GA4): Traffic metrics to audit growth.
    • Google Ads: Campaign performance data to suggest optimizations.
  • Meta & Social Data: OAuth tokens, profile handles, and content permissions required to post and retrieve engagement metrics.
  • User Content: Business data provided to our AI for content generation.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Growth Engine: To generate your "20-minute daily" tasks.
  • API Utilization: We use Google and Meta APIs solely to display your business metrics and execute your marketing actions (posting/optimizing).
  • Limited Use Disclosure: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data to third parties or use it for serving advertisements.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with essential processors:

  • AI Processors: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Vertex AI) for generating content.
  • Merchant of Record: Stripe handles the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds. Stripe receives the information needed to complete and support your order.
  • Service Providers: Hosting, database, email delivery, and support tooling providers acting on our instructions.
  • Advisers & Authorities: Legal and accounting advisers, and authorities where we're required to disclose by law.
  • Social/Search Platforms: Data is exchanged with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X via official APIs based on your explicit consent.

We don't sell your personal information.

4a. Why We're Allowed to Process It

  • Contract: To create your account, deliver the platform, and support your purchase.
  • Legitimate interests: To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and improve the product.
  • Consent: For connecting third-party accounts, marketing emails, and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: For tax, accounting, and compliance record-keeping.

4b. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the platform secure. We also use limited analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though essential cookies are needed for the platform to work.

5. Data Deletion & Revocation (Meta Compliance)

You have full control over your data. You may disconnect integrations or delete your account at any time.

To Delete Meta Data:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
  2. Find BizManna and click "Remove."
  3. To request a total purge of historical data from our servers, visit https://bizmanna.io/data-deletion or email support@bizmanna.io.

To Revoke Google Access: You can revoke BizManna's access at any time via your Google Security Settings.

6. Data Retention & Security

We implement HTTPS encryption and HMAC-SHA256 signing for all API communications. We retain data only as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all OAuth tokens are revoked and personal data is purged from our active databases within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@bizmanna.io. We'll respond within one month.
