Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

BizManna LLC is committed to making our website and platform usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project, and we improve the experience as we build.

Standard We Work Toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our reference standard. These guidelines are also the benchmark commonly referenced in connection with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We are working toward conformance with that standard. We have not completed a formal third-party audit, so we describe our status as partially conformant: some parts of the product may not yet meet every criterion.

Measures We Have Taken

  • Semantic HTML structure with page landmarks and a single main heading per page.
  • A "Skip to main content" link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
  • Keyboard-operable menus, dialogs, and form controls built on accessible component primitives, with visible focus indicators.
  • A color palette chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios for body text and interface elements.
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom, text resizing, and mobile screen readers.
  • Captions on our video content.

Known Limitations

Some areas may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, third-party content we embed (such as video players, payment checkout, and social platform integrations) is controlled by those providers, and content generated by our AI tools or uploaded by members may not always include accessible formatting. We work with our vendors and improve our own interfaces as issues are identified.

Feedback and Assistance

If you run into an accessibility barrier on our site or in the platform, please tell us. Email support@bizmanna.io with the page address, a description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you're using. We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you to provide the information or service you need in an alternative format where a fix takes longer.
